Meditation is a method of training the mind to focus and concentrate on a specific thought or attitude which causes your mind to become calm and positive. This makes you feel happy about yourself, influence others in a positive way and help you have the capacity to deal with your daily problems in a constructive way.
In Buddhist Meditation we have thousands of different meditations for different situations. You don’t have to be Buddhist to practice and benefit from meditation. Everybody is welcome.

- Our Meditation room is wheelchair accessible.
- Seating is on chairs or cushions.
- No special clothing is required.
- We have hearing loop in the meditation room.
