  • Classes include simple guided meditations and an explanation of the meditations in detail.  There is also an opportunity for questions, followed by refreshments.
  • Classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators, and everyone is welcome!
  • Drop-in classes

Each week a different meditation will be explained which will help ease stress and tension. Mindfulness methods will also be taught to help us feel positive and peaceful.
