Today’s Class:  Developing Mindfulness

There are five essential techniques you need to know in order for your meditation practice to become strong, stable and effective. Each week you will be taught a different technique including increasing your motivation to meditate, mindfulness and concentration.

Everyone is welcome, this course is suitable for all levels of experience.
