There are five essential techniques you need to know in order for your meditation practice to become strong, stable and effective. Each week you will be taught a different technique including increasing your motivation to meditate, mindfulness and concentration. By the end of this course, you will be qualified and confident to begin your own daily meditation practice at home.

Everyone is welcome, this course is suitable for all levels of experience.
