To gain all the benefits we recommend you to do the whole course. However, you are welcome to drop-in also if this is your preference and still go back home inspired to meditate.

Gen Lekma is a Kadampa Buddhist nun with nearly 30 years of meditation and teaching experience both in the US and UK. She has been deeply inspired by her teacher Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso to teach others the great benefits of meditation that help us develop peaceful, focused and positive minds that allows us to live with kindness and compassion.
