DROP-IN MEDITATION AND MINDFULNESS CLASSES
As we get older, our memory weakens and our minds less clear. Using simple yet powerful meditation techniques, we can learn to sharpen our mindfulness, so we can remember what is important to us and let go of what is unimportant or negative. It’s never too late to learn how to become happier and feel revitalised with a renewed sense of purpose and direction.
During this class, there will be instructions on mindfulness with two guided meditations. There will also be the chance to have some refreshments from our small café and chat with like-minded people after class if you would like to stay.
