Meditation is a simple but very effective method to calm the mind, let go of stress, tension and worry, and give rise to an experience of inner peace and well-being. You will be introduced to meditation techniques that can be practised by anyone.
You will get practical experience of the benefits of meditation, including how to use meditation to handle stress, be happy and stay focused.

Week 2 | 12 Sept | Calm the Monkey Mind.
Gen Lekma is a Kadampa Buddhist nun with nearly 30 years of meditation and teaching experience both in the US and UK. She has been deeply inspired by her Teacher Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso to teach others the great benefits of meditation that help us develop peaceful, focused and positive minds that allows us to live with kindness and compassion.
