Try as we might, we cannot control our external circumstances. However, using Buddha’sist Meditation we can learn how to control our thoughts, giving us choice in how we deal with modern day life.
In this fascinating workshop you will learn about the benefits of Buddhist Meditation and how you can use simple techniques to increase your well-being and satisfaction in life.
The teacher of this workshop is Gen Kelsang Lekma, Buddhist nun and meditation teacher with nearly 30 years of meditation & teaching experience. Gen Lekma has the ability to explain clearly and simply yet keeps the class engaging. You will benefit from her experience and find her kind and down to earth approach very relatable for modern day people.
