Today’s Class:  Distance from Negative Thoughts

Join us for this new series, you can just drop-in for each class or take the whole course. Everyone is welcome.

You will be guided in 2-3 meditations and receive guidance in dealing with negative thoughts and increasing and maintaining the positive ones.
