Understanding death and the process of dying is important both for ourself and our loved ones.
Death is one of the great mysteries of life. Awareness of this process will help us to come to terms with our own and others mortality, live a more meaningful and positive life now and most importantly know what to do when we are dying so we can die peacefully and happily without regrets.
In this workshop Gen Lekma will explain Buddha’s unparalleled insight into to death and dying. She will also give us some essential instructions to help those who are dying which is one of the kindest things we can do, at their greatest moment of need.
