It will be taught by our Resident Teacher Gen Lekma, who has over 25 yrs. of meditation experience. She will help you to understand how meditation works and how to train in it. Everybody is welcome. Suitable for all levels of experience.
Each weekly class offers you an opportunity to develop a calm, peaceful and open mind, and at the same time you will take away special methods to deal with the frustrations of life and focus on positive states of mind that bring happiness and well-being.
