Relationships are often challenging and instead of increasing our love, we often find we are increasing our irritation and frustration.
In this half-day workshop, discover methods to make your relationships work better, help you become a happier and calmer person and learn how to connect with others with more affection and less irritation. Once we learn to shift our focus from concentrating on what is not going well with our relationships we can begin to accept others for who they are; this will help them to relax and bring out the best in them.
The meditations and mindfulness techniques are simple, yet can transform the way we relate to others. Through putting into practice the methods taught in this course we can swiftly improve the quality of our life.
The teacher of this course is Ben Gallagher, a Kadampa Buddhist meditator who will explain simple, practical methods to develop our good heart and improve our relationships with others.
