Each and every one of us has the capacity to experience an endless supply of mental peace and happiness. Unfortunately, we have long-standing bad habits of thinking that result in feeling unhappy and stressed much of the time. Gail will explain how to gain power to free our self from these negative emotions and instead, tap into our natural capacity for happiness and joy.
In each class, Gail will begin guiding a relaxing meditation and then give a talk, emphasizing how meditation and Buddhist wisdom can be applied into our daily life. She will guide another 2 meditations based on the instructions.
