So many people struggle with how they appear to themselves or how they think they appear to others. This poor self-image can occur at different times in our lives and can cause much anxiety, unhappiness, and stress.
Learn the radical meditation Buddha taught to eliminate the faulty view we hold of ourselves. This view destroys the unhappiness caused by this mistaken way of viewing ourself, others and our lives.
Gail will explain in two Tuesday morning classes how to view ourselves so we feel relaxed, confident and liberated!

This course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators.
What will each session consist of?
Each session will include a combination of teachings and guided meditations with an opportunity to ask questions at the end and socialise with like-minded people.
Do I need to bring anything or wear anything special?
No. All sessions will take place on chairs but there are optional cushions if you prefer to sit cross-legged. You don’t need to bring anything else with you, but some people like to take notes during the session, so feel free to bring a paper and pen.
What if I’m new to this?
Everyone is welcome to participate in this course and will benefit both new and experienced people alike.
