Stress and anxiety are endemic in our busy, fast-paced life. We tend to think that situations or people in our life are the causes of our stress or unhappiness, so we spend a lot of time mentally trying to figure out how to fix those situations or people. This often just makes our mind busier and we can feel more stressed and anxious.
In these drop-in Meditation Classes, you will learn different methods that will help understand the causes of anxiety and how we can use simple, yet effective meditation techniques to learn to let go of daily stress and tension that prevents us from deeply relaxing and enjoying life. You will learn methods that help you keep a positive attitude all the time, even when life is chaotic.
