These classes include 3 guided meditations and a talk related to the meditations & mindfulness techniques that we are learning each week.
In each class, you will learn:
- How to settle the mind and experience some inner peace
- Learn mindfulness techniques to view life in a more positive and constructive way
- Take home practical meditation techniques to help you become more peaceful and relaxed in daily life
