THE SECRET TO MEDITATION
The practice of meditation and mindfulness has the power to help create inner peace and calm. We can learn how to feel happier and have a more positive outlook on life. In this course, we will look at simple, yet very effective meditations that will help protect us from feeling negative when difficulties occur. Everyone can meditate, and learning to use mindfulness in daily to view things in a more beneficial way can greatly improve the quality and experience of your life.
In each class, you will learn how to settle the mind and experience some inner peace, learn mindfulness techniques to view life in a more positive and constructive way and take home practical meditation techniques to help you become more peaceful and relaxed in daily life. Everyone is welcome, this course is suitable for all levels of experience.
