Enjoy an afternoon to relax, lift your mind, enjoy good company, meditate & nourish the body!
Give yourself and your friends an afternoon treat for the body and the mind. First, you will enjoy a short talk and guided meditation (suitable for beginners) to help you develop a peaceful and happy mind.
Then we will enjoy a stroll through the lovely park opposite our meditation centre. After stimulating our appetite we will return for a delicious cream tea of scones, cream and jam.
2:00 – 2:45pm – Guided Meditation (suitable for beginners)
2:45 – 3:15pm – Park Walk
3:15 – 4:00pm – Cream Tea
