Meditations to settle the mind and discover levels of deep inner peace causing an experience contentment and well being. We will learn how to dispel distractions in particular, by using the powerful meditations that focus on the mind itself. These two meditations teach us how to watch the mind and not be distracted by the busyness of our thoughts. Through this training we will all gain some deeper level of absorption, concentration and peace of mind.

With senior Buddhist nun Gen Lekma who has more than 25 years of teaching and meditation experience. She is the Principal Teacher at KMC Southampton.
