Discover how to unlearn the bad mental habit of worrying and become calmer and happier. Problems, worry, anxiety, and unhappiness are no more than negative thinking; they are feelings and do not exist outside the mind. Through training in meditation, we learn to control our thoughts and let go of negative, self-defeating minds.

Through meditation we will discover within our mind an inner peace and contentment that does not depend upon external conditions. We will learn to respond to every situation in a positive, constructive manner and live without fear, enjoying every moment of our life. Beginners welcome.
