With Resident Teacher, Gen Lekma.
Do you often feel you’re on your own?
- Do you feel isolated or alone even when with others?
- Do you avoid being on your own?
- Do you keep busy or distract yourself when you have time alone?
If you can answer yes to any of the above questions, then this half-day meditation workshop could be just right for you.
Using Buddhist wisdom, Gen Lekma will help you discover:
- The truth about the experience of loneliness
- How we are actually all connected on a deep level
- How it is possible to overcome this sense of isolation or separation and feel a genuine warmth towards others
We often feel as if we are isolated individuals and suffer from loneliness, yearning to feel a sense of connection with others. In this half-day course we will discover how this perception of ourselves as separate from others is an illusion, for in truth we are all naturally and profoundly interconnected. By learning to understand and feel this connection we will reduce our sense of isolation, allowing a natural closeness and authentic love for others to arise.
