The teacher of this public talk is Gen Kelsang Lekma, Buddhist nun and meditation teacher with nearly 30 years of meditation & teaching experience. Gen Lekma has the ability to explain clearly and simply yet keeps the class engaging. You will benefit from her experience and find her kind and down to earth approach very relatable for modern day people.
