To learn the essential skills to improve your meditation practice and gain the most benefit. Each class begin with a short breathing meditation followed by clear instructions and 2 further meditations to improve your practice.

Don’t delay any further but learn how to understand the basics of meditation so you can begin to feel happier, more peaceful and relaxed.

In this weekly class, Kadampa Teacher Gail Mott, will give the basics of how to meditate, focus and settle the mind so you can meditate more effectively on your own.

Gail Mott is an experience meditation Kadampa Teacher, who brings warmth and humour along with practical instruction that make starting and maintaining a meditation practice that is both relaxing and joyful.
