30-Min Meditation Class Thursday Lunchtime
The Teacher will lead 2 guided meditations suitable for beginners and regular meditators to help you de-stress, relax and feel better.

In just 30 minutes your whole day can change. By using just a few minutes to cultivate inner peace, you can be free from worries and mental discomfort and experience a deeper happiness and relaxation.
In these guided meditations you will learn simple, yet useful ways to look at yourself and the world to help you remain calm and peaceful in the challenges of daily life.

Anne Lamerton studies under the guidance of Gen Lekma in our Teaching Training Programme. She has been a teacher with Kadampa for nearly 8 years, and has taught regular meditation classes and courses both in Southampton and Winchester. She also currently works with the marketing team in the Southampton centre.
