About the event

In Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s most recent book, The Mirror of Dharma, we are given a beautiful, concise commentary to the practice of Avalokiteshvara, the Buddha of Compassion. This brief commentary is an oral instruction that gives us a unique and direct tantric method for developing universal love and compassion.
During this weekend event we will take a deep dive into this remarkable commentary and practice so as to uncover its hidden depths and sublime power to change our mind and heart swiftly. We will see how to access our potential to heal our own mind and have power to be of more benefit to others.
The empowerment is a blissful guided meditation through which we connect to Avalokiteshvara and receive powerful blessings. It is through these blessings that we can make quick progress in our practice.
This event is suitable for anyone who wishes to receive powerful compassionate blessings to help heal their own mind and learn how to increase their own spiritual potential to benefit others.

You will discover how we can:

  • Learn to use meditation to develop resilience, confidence and inner strength
  • Live more confidently and peacefully in the face of adversity
  • Find inner refuge from our daily struggles
