About the course

We often allow ourselves to live with a lot of uncontrolled feelings like attachment, frustration, depression and stress. Noticing negative mental habits is key to being able to let them go.

In this 4 week course, Ally will explain Buddha’s teachings giving you the opportunity to identify negativity and understand what prevents you from letting go of bad feelings. With inspiring, guided meditations you will learn how you can prevent the build-up of these painful states and instead cultivate a positive outlook that will help you feel happy and enjoy your life.

  • View your life in a positive way

The teacher

Ally Haskins

Ally Haskins has been a dedicated Kadampa practitioner for 27 years. Ally integrates Modern Kadampa meditation into her busy daily life as an accountant and mum of two young children. She makes the classes relevant, practical and relatable to everyday life.
