About the course

Grateful people are happy people! We can often be so focused on what we don’t have, we forget to appreciate and feel grateful for what we already have and the enormous amount of benefit we receive from others.

By learning meditations that will naturally help increase your appreciation of the kindness of others you can establish a way to strengthen this powerful and important quality of being grateful. Experience wellbeing and contentment by the uplifting meditations that help us to feel genuine gratitude towards others, that isn’t forced or artificial. And when we feel grateful, it gives us a sense of joy and connection with others.

This spiritual awareness will result in a heartfelt love and gratitude that will naturally inspire positive actions towards others and bring greater happiness and harmony into our daily life. Everyone is welcome regardless of experience.

You will learn:

  • To develop the wisdom to feel grateful everyday
  • How to experience the happiness & wellbeing that arises from appreciation
  • Guided meditations that help make life better

Kelly brings joy and enthusiasm to her teaching. Her sincere wish to help others through Dharma is a beautiful characteristic that enables the listener to easily connect with the instructions.
