About the class

In this hour class you will be guided in meditations to help you keep a positive view no matter what happens in your life. Learning to be happy is something we can train in by using meditation and Buddhist wisdom.

Taken from the book ‘Eight steps to Happiness’ by meditation master Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, you will discover an extraordinary sequence of meditations to strengthen your inner reserve, see a difficult situation with wisdom and keep a positive and happy mind no matter what you face. Everyone is welcome and you can join at any time.

You will learn:

  • Practical meditation methods to feel happier
  • Techniques to strengthen the power and resilience of your mind
  • How to transform difficult situations
