Gen Lekma will explain meditations that help you strengthen your inner resilience, increase your mental strength and help you to care for yourself in the most meaningful way. This half day workshop is suitable for all levels, from the absolute beginner to those with much more experience.

You will learn:
• How to use meditations to cultivate the peace of compassion
• To identify the unhelpful mental habits that harm your well-being
• Meditations that help heal and help you in your life.

Gen Kelsang LekmaGen Lekma is the Resident Teacher at KMC Southampton. She is a senior Buddhist nun with more than 30 years of teaching and meditation experience and she has taught in England and the United States for much of this time. Her clear, profound and entertaining talks express the path of wisdom and meditation in a way that is ideally suited for people of the modern world. She is greatly cherished by her students for her warm, light and wise example
