About the event

Anger and frustration can easily disturb your peace of mind, damage your relationships, and leave you feeling unhappy and exhausted. Yet according to Buddha’s teachings, these challenging emotions are not fixed parts of who you are. By learning practical methods to work with your minds, you can respond to difficulties with greater patience, wisdom, and inner strength.

In this 4-week course, Gen Leksang will explain how to recognise anger, understand its causes, and develop effective ways to transform your responses to life’s challenges. Through guided meditation, practical teachings, and discussion, you’ll discover how to remain calm and positive even in difficult situations.

Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike, this course offers practical tools for building a stronger, happier mind and creating lasting positive change from within.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Understand the causes of anger
  • Develop patience and inner calm
  • Turn difficulties into opportunities for growth
