About the Workshop

Do you find it hard to prioritise your own needs because your life seems so full of difficulties, stress and problems?

Sometimes you can be your own worst enemy and if you want to live well in your life and be of most benefit to those around you, it is essential you learn how to be kind to yourself. Learning how to take time out to find peace and restore your inner well-being is something that you can learn to do with meditation. Kelsang Mondrul will explain meditations that help you strengthen your inner resilience, increase your mental strength and help you to care for yourself in the most meaningful way.

Buddhist meditation offers many meditation methods that help you develop the inner resources you need to approach your life with greater wisdom and compassion allowing you to feel calm, confident and peaceful. Discover how to relax and be kind to yourself with the right mental attitude.

This half day workshop is suitable for all levels, from the absolute beginner to those with much more experience. Everyone is welcome.
You will learn:

  • How to use meditations to bring you greater peace and happiness
  • To identify the unhelpful mental habits that harm your well-being
  • Meditation methods that help nourish, heal and help you in your life

The teacher

Kelsang MondrulKelsang Mondrul is a Buddhist nun and meditation teacher. She has been studying and practicing for over 20 years and has a beautiful way of teaching and guiding meditations that makes her much loved and appreciated by students. She studies in our Teaching Training Programme with Gen Lekma.
