About the event

Life a Great Life – A Monks Guide – Do you want to feel happier, more positive and feel your life is meaningful and going in a good direction?

You can be happier than you are. You can be a better friend, parent or partner. You can enjoy your life more. All you need is to develop the attitudes that help increase good thoughts, feelings and interactions.

Buddhist monk and experienced meditation teacher Gen Kelsang Tonglam will explain how you can change your view so you feel more inspired, positive and uplifted. He will explain some meditation methods that will help you to let go of the negative feelings and thoughts that drag you down and ruin your good mood.

Through these techniques you will gain the power and inspiration to live a great and meaningful life.

You will discover essential steps to:

  • A Buddhist approach to living a happy life
  • How changing your view can change your life
  • Meditations that bring great meaning to your life and benefit to others.

The teacher

Gen Tonglam. Gen Kelsang Tonglam is the National Spiritual Director of Kadampa Buddhism for East Asia and the Resident Teacher of KMC Hong Kong and KMC Taiwan. He trained under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over 25 years. He is renowned for his ability to present Buddha’s most profound teachings in simple and most practical ways, injecting a renewed enthusiasm and driving force in our ordinary life.
