About the course

Accepting Life – Deciding to be Happy

Do you often compare yourself and your life to those around you? Do people in your life take you for granted and not treat you in ways you would like to be treated? Do you end up feeling that your life is not the way you want it to be and you’re not as happy as you wish to be?

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to change your attitude and view so you can accept and become happy with yourself and your life. These guided meditations will give you a way of viewing whatever is happening, in a way that allows you to feel positive and empowered.

You’ll discover how to:

  • Feel more positive and appreciate the life you have
  • Let go of thinking your life is not good enough
  • Choose to be happy, no matter what
