About the course

Do you feel hurt and resentful when people treat you badly? Does this leave you feeling frustrated about the way things are? Would you like to let go, move on and feel happier about your life?

Holding onto resentment is easy to do, and sadly it does nothing but make you unhappy. Learning how to accept and move forward in your life is a really important life skill.

In this workshop you’ll discover how to deal with others with more wisdom. You’ll be guided in meditations that help you let go of resentments, feel grateful and move forward with a positive attitude.

You’ll discover ways to:

  • Accept the things that you cannot change more easily.
  • Let go of resentments and frustrations
  • Move forward with a positive attitude
