About the Workshop

Do you find it difficult to ever feel really content and satisfied? Would you like to know how to reduce constant craving and discover how to relax without intrusive thoughts? Are you wanting everything in your life to be better, thus often feeling discontent and dissatisfied?

In this half day workshop Kelsang Mondrul will be using Buddhist wisdom that explains that it is your mind that causes endless desires that never seem to be enough. By discovering that your inner commentary of always wanting more is deceptive, you can learn how to let go of constant craving.
