About the course
Do you ever find yourself sabotaging your success and happiness?
We all want to feel good about ourselves, but having genuine self-confidence and belief isn’t always easy to maintain.
Self-sabotage can unknowingly undermine you; becoming aware of this is the first step. Meditation offers simple and practical techniques to become aware of self-sabotage, why it happens, how to look out for it and most importantly how to overcome it.
Self-sabotage is a habit of mind that everyone can overcome and as a result, live their best lives.
In this meditation talk, Gen Leksang will teach you how it is possible to overcome self-sabotage and empower yourself from within. Through understanding Buddha’s instructions, you can learn to oppose negative states of mind and generate minds that are deeply empowering.
