About the Retreat
In one Sutra Buddha says:
“If you realize your own mind you will become a Buddha; you should not seek Buddhahood elsewhere“.
This profound advice will help remind you that everything you are looking for—lasting peace, wisdom and happiness—is found by training your own mind.
This away retreat offers a precious opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and immerse yourself in a peaceful long weekend dedicated to inner stillness and renewal.
