We all have an unhelpful inner critic that not only disturbs our mental peace but actually holds us back from being the person we want to be and living the way we really want to live.
In this half day workshop, learn to recognise this inner critic as it operates in your life and relationships and discover through meditation how you can let go of this painful habit.
Through reflecting with wisdom, you can skilfully develop the inner qualities that build true self-confidence, enable you to live happily and realise your full potential.

Anne Lamerton studies under the guidance of Gen Lekma in our Teaching Training Programme. She has been a teacher with Kadampa for nearly 6 years, and has taught regular classes and courses both in Southampton and Winchester. She also currently works with the marketing team in the Southampton centre.
Emma Sessa has been practicing and studying Buddhist meditation for over 20 years and is on the Teacher Training Programme taught by our resident teacher Gen Kelsang Lekma. She is appreciated for her analytical mind, her sincerity and warm heart. Her genuine wish to help others make spiritual progress comes across clearly in her teachings; therefore her teachings are very helpful and insightful.
