About the event

This sequence of meditations is simple, yet can have a deep impact on your mental and physical health. In Tibet, where they were practiced widely, they were shown to bring great peace and happiness. In addition, for those with strong motivation, these techniques were used to heal people of what were incurable diseases in a land that did not have modern hospitals.

In this 6-week course Gen Lekma will explain and guide these beautiful Buddhist meditation methods. Through practising these meditations regularly, you will unlock the potential within your mind to heal your mind and body and be able to use difficult situations as ways to increase your ability to respond with love and compassion. No matter how challenging your life, you can learn how to live well, strengthen your mental strength and discover how to be happy no matter what is happening.

You will learn how to:

  • Remain calm, focused and positive in challenging situations
  • Become happier, calmer with more compassion
  • Build your own inner resilience
