About the course

Sometimes the simplest advice that helps to keep a positive perspective is most powerful. In this 3-week course we will meditate upon practical methods taken from Atisha’s advice, to help us become happier and wiser in the busy modern world.

The teachers

Anne LamertonAnne Lamerton studies under the guidance of Gen Lekma in our Teaching Training Programme. She has been a teacher with Kadampa for nearly 6 years, and has taught regular classes and courses both in Southampton and Winchester. She also currently works with the marketing team in the Southampton centre.
