About the Workshop

We spend immense energy trying to win arguments and defend our opinions. But ask yourself: Has needing to be right ever truly made you happy?

Using timeless Buddhist wisdom, you’ll begin to understand that the compulsive need to be right is an unhelpful habit of mind that breeds anxiety and fractures relationships. True peace does not come from forcing others to agree with you or being perfect. It comes from the profound freedom of a flexible, spacious, happy mind.

This practical meditation course will help you trade the heavy burden of correctness or perfectionism for the effortless joy of inner calm.

You’ll learn how to

  • Release the exhausting urge to defend your views
  • Transform daily friction into harmonious, stress-free relationships
  • Unlock an inner stillness that remains completely unshakeable
