About the course
Do you sometimes wish to feel happier than you do? Do you often blame this on your situation at home or work? Buddha taught meditation techniques that help you to develop mental habits of mind that will enable you to feel happier and uplift your mind and the way you feel.
In this meditation course you will discover some very helpful and practical meditations that will enable you feel happier, more uplifted and positive. These meditation techniques will help prevent you from feeling dragged down when people in your life are difficult or life itself is going wrong.

The teacher
Anne Lamerton studies under the guidance of Gen Lekma in our Teaching Training Programme. She has been a teacher with Kadampa for nearly 6 years, and has taught regular classes and courses both in Southampton and Winchester. She also currently works with the marketing team in the Southampton centre.
