Meditation is a way of calming and training our mind to be happy. It's easy to do and something everyone can learn. We offer meditation classes at work for companies and groups in Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and West Sussex.

Meditation has many benefits. By practising the meditation instructions in our daily activities we can control our feelings and emotions, gain inner strength, let go of stress and start to truly relax.
Why you need meditation at work
We offer a variety of inspiring classes that will:
- We can provide a one-off guided meditation session with invaluable advice for keeping a calm and peaceful mind in everyday life, including at work.
- We can also provide ongoing classes for your team or group members on a weekly basis, in order to reap the rewards of regular practice.
- We can come to your workplace or chosen venue.
- Or you can come to our meditation centre in Southampton.
- Alternatively, you can choose to have the sessions live streamed. These will also be available as a recording for 7 days after the live stream.
