This workshop will give an introduction to meditation and will guide you through the steps to having a meditation practice

This half day workshop is designed for those wishing to get an overview and introduction to the practice of meditation. Once we learn how to focus the mind, we discover that naturally from within we can experience a deep sense of peace and happiness and most of the stress and tension we experience in daily life will dissolve away.

This workshop will include guided meditations, practical advice on how to use meditation to free our mind from stress and anxiety, and time for questions. A regular meditation practice has many benefits:

  • Reduced stress and anxiety
  • Brings inner calm and a feeling of well-being
  • Gives clarity and focus
  • Numerous health benefits
