MAKING MEDITATION EASY
These classes will explain how to use meditation to settle the mind, let go of worry and irritation and experience inner peace and a sense of well being.
They include 2-3 guided meditations and a talk related to the meditations & mindfulness techniques that we are learning each week.
In each class, you will learn:
- How to settle the mind and experience some inner peace
- Learn methods to view life in a more positive and constructive way
- Take home practical meditation techniques to help you become more peaceful and relaxed in daily life
Everyone is welcome, this course is suitable for all levels of experience.
