MAKING MEDITATION EASY

These classes will explain how to use meditation to settle the mind, let go of worry and irritation and experience inner peace and a sense of well being.

They include 2-3 guided meditations and a talk related to the meditations & mindfulness techniques that we are learning each week.

In each class, you will learn:

  • How to settle the mind and experience some inner peace
  • Learn methods to view life in a more positive and constructive way
  • Take home practical meditation techniques to help you become more peaceful and relaxed in daily life

Everyone is welcome, this course is suitable for all levels of experience.

Join us for these meditation classes that help to identify negative states of mind, such as irritation, frustration, worry and anxiety. Learn how to protect yourself from these bad habits of mind by watching the mind in meditation and learning how to keep the mind calm and peaceful in daily life.

Everyone can gain benefit from meditation. By understanding the root cause of why we feel negative we can begin to guide our mind away from the triggers of bad feelings and learn to view things in a more construction and beneficial way.
