Each and every one of us has the capacity to experience an endless supply of mental peace and happiness. Unfortunately, we have long-standing bad habits of thinking that result in feeling unhappy and stressed much of the time.

Each class include 2-3 meditations and practical and simple instructions, so you can learn how to gain power to free yourself from negative emotions and instead, tap into our natural capacity for happiness and joy.
