MEDITATIONS FOR BUSY PEOPLE
You can attend the whole course or simply drop in whenever you can as each class is self-contained, or you can just come along to try a session. However, it is beneficial if possible to attend the entire series of classes.
The classes include 3 guided meditations and a practical teaching on how to apply the ancient wisdom of Buddha’s teachings to busy modern life. Not to be missed!
