Do you find yourself getting impatient with others?

Do you get irritated easily?

Irritation and impatience are symptoms of anger, which before you know it, can lead to criticism, blame and unhappiness. Through the practice of meditation and Buddhist teachings you can learn to recognise these symptoms early on and prevent anger from developing fully. This means you don’t have to experience the pain and unhappiness that anger brings.

In this half-day workshop, Ben will help explain how anger develops in the mind and how to spot it before it gets out of control. She will also guide meditations that can be applied to daily life to overcome angry habits, bringing acceptance and peace of mind.
