Do you feel anxious? 

Do you often wake up worrying but not knowing why?

Anxiety and worry are not healthy or useful. However, most of us know that it’s not easy to just wish them away! Fortunately, there are simple and effective methods you can learn to reduce and eventually overcome these debilitating problems.

In this half-day workshop, you will discover what you need to do to prevent the build-up of harmful thoughts that create these negative emotions.  By applying some relatively simple meditation techniques, you will find relief from these sometimes crippling habits of mind and learn how to become more relaxed and confident in your life.
