Description
We are maintaining the following guidelines to keep you safe:
Meditation Hall
The retreat will be lead in our large meditation hall following the Government COVID-19 guidelines for Places of Worship:
- Maximum of 15 people can attend the retreat with seating 2m apart
- Hand-sanitizer will be provided at the entrance to the hall
- A one-way system will operate entering and leaving the hall
- Mask to be worn during each session
- The same seat should be used for the duration of the retreat
- Pre-recorded prayers will be played with no singing or chanting
- Prayer sheets will be provided in each room for persons individual use only and not re-used once retreat finished
- Silence will be maintained in the meditation hall during session apart from the teaching
- At the end of each retreat session, all touch areas will be cleaned and sanitised
- Toilets will not be available to use in the meditation hall
World Peace Café
- Take away drinks and cakes with outdoor seating with 2m spacing
- Staff will be located behind counter screens wearing masks and appropriate PPE
- A one-way queuing system will be in operation to enter and leave the café and waiting points will be two metres apart
- Contactless card payments only
- All seating and surfaces will be cleaned and sanitised after the café closes
