Strengthen your Health & Well-being | Meditation Workshop with Gen Lekma – 6th June, 10-1pm
We all know our health and wellbeing are important, but sometimes it is only when we are in challenging situations that we notice they aren’t as strong as we would like them to be.
In this workshop, Gen Lekma will explain how we can use two very beautiful meditations to develop the inner strength that has the power to balance our body and purify our sickness and bring tremendous inner strength to our mind. Once we know how to unlock the hidden capacity within our mind, we will have the key to see how to use challenges to bring perfect health and well-being into our life.
If we become proficient with these meditations we will develop the ability to begin to be able to heal others.
